Mentorship Program
The mentorship program is designed to connect women members with established real estate professionals and provide ULI members the opportunity to get to know the future women leaders in the industry. It aims to provide opportunities for both participants and mentors to grow by sharing their knowledge and experiences in an atmosphere of confidentiality, trust and respect.

Become a Mentee
The program provides a year-long opportunity to share and discuss issues facing real estate professionals in a small format. Each group will be led by a mentor and have 2-3 mentees. Individuals are placed in groups with great care in an effort to make sure that none are direct competitors or from the same company. This group structure allows for candid discussions and minimizes confidentiality issues.

To be considered for participation, please make sure to 1) update your ULI member profile with your biography and profile information before 2) submitting your statement of interest for the program in the Navigator application.

Cost of participation by mentee: $125 per year, upon selection to the program.

WLI Champions
Any member can make a recommendation.ULI Charlotte is seeking nominations of women with leadership and skills in real estate development, land use and city-building. WLI Champions reflect the strength of the region’s real estate development industry through the responsible use of land to create thriving communities worldwide.

Nominate the most influential women in the real estate community and land use sector. 2019 is the inaugural class of WLI Champions – successful candidates for the WLI Champions Team will be selected based on:

• A minimum 10 years in the industry
• Exceptional leadership and skills in the real estate development and land use disciplines
• Dedication to, and success at, building thriving communities across the region
• Capacity to inspire others in the industry
• Commitment to their community shown through leadership in community organizations.

All WLI Champions will be recognized on the ULI Charlotte website with profiles and during a special event in October.
