The mentorship program is designed to connect women members with established real estate professionals and provide ULI members the opportunity to get to know the future women leaders in the industry. It aims to provide opportunities for both participants and mentors to grow by sharing their knowledge and experiences in an atmosphere of confidentiality, trust and respect.
The program provides a year-long opportunity to share and discuss issues facing real estate professionals in a small format. Each group will be led by a mentor and have 2-3 mentees. Individuals are placed in groups with great care in an effort to make sure that none are direct competitors or from the same company. This group structure allows for candid discussions and minimizes confidentiality issues.
