RECAP – Industry Forum: Charlotte’s UDO and Next Steps
Local industry professionals share their feedback on the latest draft of Charlotte’s Unified Development Ordinance (UDO)
NEW LOCAL COUNCIL ANNOUNCED – The CLT Initiatives Council (CIC) mission is to engage each member on substantive public policy and regulatory discussions that affect each of us individually and our industry more broadly. We structure the content to facilitate the building of a knowledge base by informing, discussing, and actively providing input. The key to success of the Council is rich dialogue among experts in the real estate industry.

In 2022, CIC is accepting a very limited number of new members. For more information about the Council, click here. The first meeting of the CIC will be held on August 3, 2022 from 8:00-10:00am. Future meetings are planned on the first Wednesday of each month.
