Members will be in attendance to chat with you about their experience and how to get involved to get the most out of ULI Charlotte. This event is open to all ULI Charlotte members.

Local and Regional Councils
A sub-group of ULI that immerses members into a deeper connections and discussion: Regional Councils (RC) are comprised of members across NC & SC, meeting semiannually. RCs include Carolina Trends, Rethinking Southern Cities, Young Leaders, and Innovation in Housing. NEXT
For members ages 35-45. Identifies, connects, and elevates the next generation of leaders for the built environment. NEXT activities include Peer-to-Peer Network, Leadership Connection, virtual meetings with neighboring District Councils, and networking socials. Learn More.
Young Leader Group (YLG)
For members under age 35. Educates and engages young real estate professionals through ensuring continuous educational development, sharing best practices, exposure to industry leaders. YLG activities include Emerging Leaders Forum, mobile tours, and networking socials. Learn More.
Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI)
For female members. WLI promotes the advancement and visibility of women as leaders in the real estate industry and ULI. WLI activities include WLI Mentorship Program, virtual meetings with neighboring District Councils, Conversation with a Leader, and networking socials. Learn More.
