2024 Carolinas Meeting Recap
The eleventh annual event was held on February 22 – 23 at the Charlotte Convention Center and drew 750+ attendees from across the region.

ULI Charlotte: NEXT Project Preview – Radius Dilworth
The event is for NEXT members only (ages 35-50)
An almost one-million-square-foot residential tower is under construction on the edge of Uptown and Dilworth. When completed, the project will have 600+ residential units between the high-rise and mid-rise buildings, with the high-rise units sitting on top of a 10-story parking deck. Radius Dilworth’s extensive amenity space embodies a high level of luxury for each resident. Amenities include a pool, fitness center, and meeting spaces along with a rooftop terrace and a 12th-floor amenity deck that includes a golf simulator and halotherapy spa. All of this, with amazing unobstructed views of the Charlotte skyline. This is a hard hat tour. PPE will be provided, but closed-toed shoes are required.
The tour will be led by Spandrel Development Partner’s President and Co-Founder, Ian Levine, as Co-Managing Member, Emmanuel Neuman.
