    Find out what’s going on in downtown Rock Hill, SC! NEXT members have the exclusive opportunity to check out The Keith Corporation’s “The Thread”, a mixed-use redevelopment project that will transform 400,000 SF of historic textile mill and warehouse space located in the heart in Rock Hill’s Knowledge Park district into a truly exciting and one-of-a-kind adaptive reuse development that will feature office, retail, and restaurant space.
     
    The tour will be led by Jay Coleman, The Keith Corporation, & Johnny Archer, Choate Construction. 
     
    Note: The is a hard hat tour held at an active construction site. PPE will be provided but if you have a hard hat/PPE, please bring it.

    Jay Coleman

    Office Partner, The Keith Corporation

    Jay Coleman joined The Keith Corporation (TKC) in 2020 and serves as an Office Partner responsible for leading all office focused development, acquisitions, and brokerage efforts on behalf of the company. His duties include overseeing the overall strategy, operations, business development, and marketing within the Office Division. Before joining TKC, Jay was a Vice President with Northwood Office in Charlotte, where he co-led all leasing efforts across a 4.4 million square foot, 42-building portfolio. Prior to Northwood Office, Jay served as Vice President with Stream Realty Partners, where he co-led the Office Division and was focused on project leasing and identifying strategic investment opportunities for the firm and its clients. Prior to beginning his career in commercial real estate, Jay spent over a decade serving in the United States Marine Corps as an AH-1W Attack Helicopter Pilot, achieving the rank of Major, and completed a combat deployment to both Iraq and Afghanistan. Jay is a graduate of Virginia Military Institute, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business. Additionally, he is a graduate of the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he received a Master of Business Administration degree.
