ULI Charlotte: Industry Conversation: 2040 Policy Maps & Industrial Land Use & Job Study
Please join the City of Charlotte’s Economic Development and Planning Departments on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, for a joint City of Charlotte Private Sector Forum.
This industry event will share updates on the combined City of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County Industrial Land Use & Jobs study findings, including addressing in-market areas of interest for industrial development and how it applies to the 2040 Comprehensive Plan. The Charlotte Future 2040 Policy Map Team will provide an overview of the mapping approach used to develop the DRAFT 2040 Policy Map and share opportunities to provide feedback.
Immediately following the forum, there will be opportunities to speak directly with the policy mapping team. From 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., there will be in-person office hours at the Charlotte Mecklenburg Government Center to provide individual feedback.
