YLG members are invited to take an inside look at Crescent Communities’ NOVEL University Place, including 308 luxury for-rent apartments with top-tier amenities, just steps away from retail and restaurants options. The tour will continue to Crescent Communities’ One University Place, a newly renovated office building, with recently completed spec suites to allow potential tenants immediate occupancy. The tour will include remarks from Keith Stanley, CEO of University City Partners, on their vision of University City.
