ULI Charlotte NEXT Leadership Connection with JLL's Denise Dexter
Exclusively for NEXT members, this Fall’s Leadership Connection with feature JLL's COO of Market Operations, Denise Dexter.
As COO, Denise is responsible for providing leadership of operations
and strategic direction for the Carolinas market, as well as the entire
East and Central Region operations for JLL. Denise drives regional
growth strategies, supports recruitment pursuits and transitions, and
works to develop a business development mindset among all business
support teams. Always going the extra mile, Denise also co-leads the
East Region Diversity and Inclusion Council, and she will begin serving
on the Board of Governors for Florida State University’s College of
Business this Fall.
In 2020, since the onset of the pandemic, she took on the role of leading JLL’s corporate office re-entry strategy across 150+ offices throughout the Americas. She continues to lead this effort for JLL, driving new processes and guidelines during this unprecedented time in our lives.
