Current position (and what do you do) and for how long: For almost 15 years, I have led the Workplace Office Studio principal leading a team of 10 workplace experts and partner in the firm where I help develop our goals and objectives for the company’s future. I have been at Little for 23 years.

Most satisfying part of my job: Being part of a team that succeeds on a project Beyond the client’s expectations.
Your strongest leadership quality: Making quick, educated decisions.
Career/Leadership advice: Work hard every day, surround yourself with talented people, and practice patience daily.
Who do you most admire and why: a past client, Bob Henderschedt at AHS in Florida, he taught me how to be a better person, both in my professional and personal life.
Goal yet to be achieved: I have a passion for fishing, I have a list of 50 species I want to catch, so far, I have only crossed 19 off the list.
What is the coolest real estate project/land use challenge you have participated in? I would have to say the Ronald McDonald House Little did Pro Bono. We had to coordinate between the two hospitals for property, work with the community to ease their anxiety of a “hotel” in their backyard. In the end, over 5,000 families have benefited from services provided by the house.

Favorite restaurant: My house, I love cooking, it is part of my past and is one of the ways I enjoy relaxing.
Family: Recent first time Grandpa with my son’s first daughter Avery. My daughter is getting married at the end of May.
Hobbies/Interests: Saltwater fishing, gardening, learning how to work from home…
Why I belong to ULI: It is quite simply the most relevant as it relates to current trends in society as it pertains to our business platform.
