Jenn has worked with Holder Construction for five years and loves being in the Carolinas. Jenn is responsible for supporting Holder’s Business Development efforts in the Carolinas. She works directly with Regional Managers to manage and execute efforts to identify opportunities, develop relationships and secure work. She assists in establishing, maintaining and cultivating long-term relationships with consultants and clients.

Jenn is a graduate of Virginia Tech (go Hokies!) and a Certified Professional Services Marketer. She is a passionate and highly motivated marketing professional in the A/E/C industry with past advertising agency experience. Jenn’s experienced in all phases of marketing planning and execution, including lead generation, print and digital collateral, web development, and proposal management. A proven self-starter experienced in managing teams, building rapport with team members and meeting detailed projects deadlines. She is professional, dependable and extremely organized, and can offer inventive and inspired ideas for effective marketing and business development.

Jenn has been involved with ULI for a year, is active with the Young Leaders group and is currently serving as the Communications Chair. Jenn is active with SMPS (Communications Director) CoreNet and CREW (Programs & Special Events Committees) In addition to professional organizations, she is involved with United Way, Hospitality House of Charlotte (Marketing Committee) and Forest Hill Church.
