What’s all the chatter about the Music Factory?  New office, new multifamily and newly branded entertainment district.  Join us on a tour and discussion about the evolution of the area, the future now that multifamily and office are being added, and the vision of the area with opportunities for the City of Charlotte.  Wear your walking shoes as ULI members meet with representatives from ARK Group, Doug Hardaway, Director of Design and Construction for ARK, AvidXchange CEO Michael Praeger, and Woodfield Partners Chad Hagler.  The event will be followed by a reception at VBGB.
