ULI Charlotte was engaged by the City of Charlotte, through a grant from the Bloomberg American Cities Climate Challenge, to conduct a virtual Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) on June 14-15, 2021. For the TAP, the ULI panel was asked to address the following questions:

Following a day and half of briefing from the City, key stakeholders from the development, the Panel presented summary recommendations on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at 5pm.
